"The worst agent I have ever seen. I was contacted a dozen times after already buying my policy about my quote because they somehow didn't even know that they were my agent already and asked me who my agent was after saying that I had already purchased my policy through them. After a few months I went to cancel my policy and have attempted to contact them 3 times to cancel it and they just keep ignoring it. Now I'm about to have another payment taken out of my bank account for a policy I asked to be cancelled well before the payment due date. I would highly recommend not using them for your insurance needs!"

"I was very disappointed with the fact that it has taken a 3 weeks to get my refund. State Farm chose not to cover both vehicle leaving me with no choice, but to look elsewhere for coverage. I canceled State Farm within 24 hours of activating an account with State Farm. I was told I would get my refund in 10 days and it’s been 3 weeks of back and forth conversations, but no refund. They have no problem taking my money out of my account yet it takes forever to refund my money."
